The Miami Dolphins’ relationship with DeVante Parker may soon be coming to an end. The Dolphins are reportedly looking to move the disgruntled wide receiver, according to Michael Lombardi of The Athletic. But conflicting reports are surfacing, saying that Miami may not be moving him after all..
Parker, the 14th overall pick of the 2015 draft, has appeared in just one game this season due to finger and quadriceps injuries. In his only game against the Oakland Raiders, he put up just two catches for 40 yards.
At just 25 years old, the wideout has only appeared in 44 games — catching 141 passes for 1,948 yards and eight touchdowns. Parker’s on the books for roughly $3.5 million in 2018, with Miami picking up his fifth-year option back in April. If he remains on the team or not in 2019, the Dolphins will owe him nearly $9.4 million.
