This probably gets the Cardinals through 2018 well enough, but obviously Bradford isn’t a long-term solution. Of course, there’s an extensive injury history to keep in mind as well. Last season, injuries would derail this team. Now they are entering Larry Fitzgerald’s last season (presumably).
Fortunately for them, the draft is right around the corner. And not only that, but there are quarterbacks aplenty in this case. Since the Bradford deal is for one year plus an option, it’s likely they take a quarterback in April.
