Once again, primetime brought out the best (and worst) of Pittsburgh and Cincinnati Monday night. And once again, players would take things a little too far.
In an eventual 23-20 Steelers win, both JuJu Smith-Schuster (Pittsburgh) and George Iloka (Cincy) would ultimate receive one-game suspensions. For what, you ask? Well that varies, of course. Here is what Pittsburgh’s rookie wideout did.

As we all know, that’s Vontaze Burfict. Suffice to say, he and the Steelers have a little bit of history. Well he, the Steelers, and several others. But anyway…
Iloka, however, would aim a little higher. And, he would target Antonio Brown. This is the result.

As of this moment, both players are being suspending for one game. Of course, both Schuster and Iloka are appealing. The question then becomes—how can the league view those hits as identical? Burfict clearly gets hit in the chest while Brown takes a shot to the head.
Suffice to say, the NFL has some work to do.
