On Sunday afternoon, Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski did something stupid. He did something dirty. And, he did something late. However, he would not be ejected for it.

But as it turns out, he’s not getting off that easily. On Monday afternoon, the NFL would announce a one-game suspension. This, of course, comes after Gronkowski’s late hit on Bills’ DB Tre’Davious White.
His reasoning? Well, because there wasn’t a flag for defensive pass interference.
“I just don’t understand why there wasn’t a flag. It was a couple times in the game, and they’re calling me for the craziest stuff ever. And it’s crazy, like, what am I supposed to do? And then they don’t call that [on White]. It was just frustration, and that’s what happened.”
Frustration is certainly understandable. But come on, man. Fortunately, this doesn’t come at a terrible time for the Patriots. They will take on the Miami Dolphins next—on Monday, December 11.
